Marcus W. Morales, founding attorney of Morales Law, P.C., has successfully represented clients in divorcechild custodyspousal support, and other family law cases in Santa Barbara since 2011.

When it comes to practicing law, Marcus Morales’s vision is to combine his passion as a legal scholar with a practical approach to problem solving. This results in an open and collaborative atmosphere where the client is informed of all potential options and strategies. Together, Attorney Morales can work with you – even after normal business hours and on weekends – to develop legal strategies and solutions to meet your individual needs. Ask any of our hundreds of satisfied clients in and around Santa Barbara and they can tell you that we fight hard in pursuit of favorable results in your case and leave no stones upturned.

Marcus Morales is in court nearly every morning, spending hours arguing cases in front of the only four Santa Barbara divorce and family law judges. He has a good reputation with these judges and will ensure your case receives fair consideration from your judge.

Typically, Attorney Morales personally returns all emails and phone calls the same day, and if not, then by the close of the following business day. He fosters open communication with his clients and believes an open flow of communication between attorney and client is key to aggressive, results-oriented representation.
